Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.

All fragrance orders are shipped exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Fedoralyfe is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in working with USPS to help resolve the issue. Customers must report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged item when applicable.
