At Fedoralyfe, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
Items must be:
Unworn and unused.
In their original condition with all tags and packaging.
Free from odors, stains, or damage caused after delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged .

All fragrance sales are final. Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, fragrances cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged Fragrance Shipments
If your fragrance arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
* Photos of the shipping boxÂ
* Photos of the shipping label
* Photos of the damage productÂ
We will assist you in filing a claim through USPS shipping insurance and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
